   Booked for Valentine’s day - had a lovely time! Very pretty, nice food and lovely service. Was quiet so could have a conversation.

   Loved it. We came for the Valentine’s Day experience. Staff were attentive and very helpful from seating to explaining dishes and serving us promptly. Ambiance was cosy with live music and comfy chairs. Food was incedible, not a bad thing to say about it! *chefs’ kiss*

   Service was unacceptably slow and totally unsuitable as a venue for a business lunch. My party arrived at 12:30. They took our order 15 minutes later. 30 minutes later by 1:15 the food hadn’t arrived. I had to remind them. I suspect the order hadn’t been put through to the kitchen as it took a further 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Food turned up at 1:30, a whole hour after we arrived. We therefore had to eat quickly before needing to head back to the office. Totally unacceptable. Won’t be returning.

   Food was okay, but they were slow. Quite noisy, and the entrace door kept slamming... Too expensive for the overall satisfaction.

   A very pleasant environment and the food was good. Asking for a bottle of water 3 times was frustrating.
