The Land of Kush is in Baltimore, MD and it specializes in vegetarian fare. With its award winning vegan crab cakes, it is one of the more famous vegetarian establishments in the city.
The main menu for The Land of Kush includes entrée selections such as BBQ ribs, lentil burgers, chickun salad, eggplant parmesan, many different salads, wraps and an array of interesting side dishes. There are always weekend specials for those dining at The Land of Kush and these may include lasagna and the famous crab cakes. No visit should be complete without a dessert and the pineapple upside down cake or the sweet potato cake are both favorites.
