Join us at The Last Refuge for a first look into Kentucky's High Church of Bourbon. Enjoy a sneak peek of our beautiful craft cocktails, featuring Bob Dylan's Heaven's Door Bourbon, accompanied with small plates and shareable pizzas. View our one-of-a-kind event space, located in a historic church adorned with original stained-glass windows and ornate woodwork from 1880. Cool off on our shaded patio and sip on a cocktail while listening to live music. Don't forget to follow us on social media @lastrefugeky to get the latest updates on our Grand Opening and launch of our incredible bourbon bar, featuring an 800-bottle whiskey portfolio! The Last Refuge is a 21+ establishment, persons under the age of 21 will not be admitted.

Best pizza ever. We loved the St Dylan's cocktail, the bacon appetizer with picked veggies was incredible. Service was top notch. Loved going to the loft for live music after dinner. Wish there was a full bar in the loft instead of just a few wines and domestic beer. The full bar downstairs has amazing crafted cocktails and a large beer selection. Can't wait to go back!

Cool place. We didn't eat but the food looked really good. The atmosphere was awesome. We will return for drinks again

The church renovation is beautiful and interesting as are the floor to cathedral ceiling bourbon shelf displays. A fun atmosphere in a good location. The lighting at the tables is poor, so we needed to use our phone flashlights to read anything. The pizza was delicious. Overall a fun experience!

We were asked to leave a table marked reserved at 10pm when clearly no one was coming to dine there. Totally ruined my experience. Was coming back for my birthday in a couple of weeks but cancelling that. Bummer…

Solid solid spot one of the most approachable bourbon lists I’ve seen but it is missing some of the mid to high range bourbons you’d expect to see

Staff went above and beyond in every measure. They were incredibly friendly when we walked in the front and throughout the dinner. Food too was amazing too. I could’ve at nothing but the popcorn

What a cool experience! My girlfriend’s and I ate at The Last Refuge, and it was such a unique experience. The church is gorgeous and the pizza is amazing! A great spot for some different pictures. 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately we specifically reserved a high top table for 6, in the amber room… and what we got was a low table for 8, not in the amber room. We specifically reserved a table in that room for the live music for a birthday event - we had friends in from out of town and wanted them to experience the ambience of that room. The hostess didn’t care to help us resolve the situation and it was basically “oh well, this is what we have.” Drinks took forever to receive - in 2 hours we had 2 drinks. Pizza was good. Overall, we hurried to leave and went to Guacamole to finish our night, which was a WAY better experience, service, and environment.
