At The Library, the familiar aroma of coffee, the promise of a delicious meal, and the anticipation of friendly buzz will offer a reprieve from the daily chaos. It is where the community as a whole comes to refill their cup, both proverbially and, often, quite literally. You will find dining options both inside and outside, as well as at the bar. For walk-up service, our pastry counter offers coffee, tea and pastries throughout the day. We look forward to serving the community, visitors, and hospital staff alike.

Great food - been there a few times & it’s consistent no matter the menu choice. Acoustics not the best, service is really attentive. Plan to return.

Good experience, good food. Our waiter should be a little bit nicer and more attentive. A little bit expensive but the food was really nice.

Cool location within Johns Hopkins All Children’s hospital and research campus. Unique design, feeling of time-worn and cozy, great Old Fashioneds, very attentive wait-staff. Cool concept. Would highly recommend.

We both had the Beet salad with goat cheese. Delicious. But, even better was the Brussel sprouts side dish. Ambience perfect. Lenny was a great waiter. Our overall experience was excellent.

We sat at the bar and had a great time. The cauliflower, bread board, burger, and Mac and cheese were all great - by my standards and the foodie I was with!
