There is nothing complicated about food, and nobody understood this better than the Italians. At The Little Sparo, we apply these principles in all we do.     We had a wonderful evening here last night. The food was delicious, the ambiance was calming and fun but the best part was the amazing service by Valerii. He was engaging and efficient, he was clearing and serving and we hardly noticed he was there as we enjoyed our friends. It was the best service we have all had in a long time so much so that each couple commented on it individually afterward. He deserves an extra Thank-you!

    We have breakfast there every morning and the staff are great. We’ve been staying at the hotel attached (Hilton Doubletree) and had terrible service at the bar (Oct. 28, 4:40pm - we left because the service was non existent) and when we came for dinner without a reservation on Oct. 26. There is a very rude employee there, who we encountered both times. Sadly, he knows nothing about good customer service or how to even be polite. The fact that we even bothered eating dinner there was out of convenience and thank goodness he wasn’t there, or I would have left and given up our reservation. I will avoid the evenings at Little Sparo and the bar to avoid this rude employee.

    I loved their Pinot Grigio, it was delicious. The pizza was delicious , service was perfect. The ambience well the fireplace wasn’t on yet .
