Aimee Olexy and Stephen Starr's The Love is a bi-level sanctuary features 150 seats, split between the main dining room, sidewalk seating, and an upper-level loft. The restaurant is a spirited and carefree neighborhood café celebrating everyday American cuisine.     From the time my guest and I entered the door we were treated with warmth and professionalism. Our server was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable of the menu offerings. The plating of the food inspired my guest to take out her phone and take a few pictures:). Serving sizes were plentiful and the taste of the food was outstanding. Then the dessert, C is for Cookie, was the most interesting take on a cookie and ice cream I ever experienced. In all, a very pleasant dining experience.

    Food and service was excellent! On the expensive side by food was fresh and properly seasoned. Would come back

    Was very pleased with the experience. The food and drinks ranged from good to very good to excellent. Service was stellar. Nothing disappointed. Will definitely return soon.

    My wife and I enjoyed brunch at the Love this weekend. Although the restaurant was very busy when we entered, after providing our reservation information to the hostess, we were seated pleasantly and quickly. Danielle, our server, greeted us and discussed drink and menu items. We ordered a mushroom soup and cinnamon scones to start with cocktails. We then shared a chicken Caesar salad. The soup while very tasty was not hot; the scone was flavorful and fresh. We noted that the Caesar salad did not have much chicken and shared that with Danielle when she checked on us. Within a few minutes, a manager brought a bowl of pulled chicken to add to our salad which really helped the dish. To finish, we ordered espresso and we provided small pastries compliments of our server. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the food quality and presentation were excellent and Danielle and her associates provided superb service.

    Our favorite Rittenhouse Square restaurant. Always a solid, reliable place to dine. The service is always attentive, friendly and helpful.

    Not only was the food delicious, but the entire staff was so accommodating! One of the best Starr restaurants!!

    Always a favorite for family, friends and business. This time, our cousins could not stop commenting on every menu item (salmon and ravioli especially) and the service. Katherine was lovely and supported by an attentive service team. Looking forward to our next visit!
