   Ismael went above and beyond with his service making tonight a very special Easter dinner. Cannot recommend this place enough, everyone i interacted with was wonderful and added to the overall fantastic dining experience

   The restaurant has very nice decor, the music was amazing, the service was very good, the presentation of the food was 100, but the chicken that I ordered was a little hard to cut, and the shrimp had an aftertaste of “refrigeration “ :/

   Service was so slow. Waited over an hour for first course and then was told that they had run out of 3 of 7 of our orders. Took almost 3 hours. Food was delicious but unbelievably slow.

   Dining in the main room was impossible because of the piano player. TOO LOUD!!! There were lots of choices on the Prix Fixe menu. The tables were very close together. The noise level was ok. Deserts, scrumptious.

   Amazing experience, this is my favorite restaurant in Houston. The service, attention to detail, and food is top notch and you will not find anything like this other than in The Marigold.

   I booked this about 6 weeks ago for a special tea with my daughter. I did not see a separate area to specify that it was for tea so after I made the reservation, I sent a note to be sure we could get the tea service. and I received a yes to that inquiry. When we arrived, they said we had to have paid in advance and tea was not available. The manager came out and I explained that it was a special celebration- we do high teas across Houston-and my daughter birthday gift celebration- he was very generous and said if we were patient, they would do it for us. I so appreciate him going the extra step to make this the event that we wanted. An big Thumbs up for going above and beyond --

   Low-light, romantic ambience and cute decor. Delicious fine-dining food for a commensurate price, but don't let it put you off: it's worth every penny. The Whistledown Cup is fruity and delicious; you can tell that some thought went into designing it.

   The service was exceptional and decor absolutely stunning However, the brunch was meant. I've had better brunch food especially for the price. I'd like to go for dinner and see how the food is. For sure go for the ambiance and beautiful decor. I'd skip brunch food. The desserts are delicious!

    Spectacular experience overall. The food was so awesome. Oysters were amazing quality and extremely fresh. My favorite was the bite sized caviar soldier and the tuna Provençal. My boyfriend got the kind crab tart which had the most perfect sauce with it. My mother got the omelette with caviar which couldn’t have been more perfect (she paired it with the house hot sauce). We had several cocktails, all of which were phenomenal and perfectly balanced. Great experience. Will definitely be back.
