    Low quality food, stale breads, vegetables didn’t taste right, slow service. Very expensive for the experience.

    We loved the cheese and chocolate courses but don’t feel like the main course is worth the $$ and effort. But it’s a great experience! The waitresses recommendations were top notch. Highly recommend the loaded baked potato cheese fondue.

    The staff really was disorganized and the wait for each course was so long. My husband’s salad never came until we reminded them alas well as his drink. With the price being so high service should have reflected that

    Apparently our food order did not make it to the kitchen so waited almost an hour for our food. We were offered extra strawberries for the inconvenience. We were there over 3 hours. Also….It was my daughter’s birthday. They bought out a plate for her desert that had “happy birthday” written in it with a candle and walked away. We heard staff sing to at 3 other people. Had they not sang to others we wouldn’t have cared but we were the only ones they did not sing to.

    My first time visiting this location and we had a great time. We got the big night out for 2. We got the wisconsin cheddar cheese and the cookie butter for our dessert and everything was great. My only star off is because I have been to another location that gave more dippers with the cheese/ dessert course and veggies with the entree. Would definitely visit again still and recommend it for a night out !

    I took my husband for his birthday and we absolutely loved it! Thank you for our server Kolby for making his night real special! She was amazing and so sweet! We really enjoyed her as our server.

    Our server was great! The cheese fondue was a little underwhelming, but the entrees and dessert were excellent.

    We took our almost 13 year old son to The Melting Pot for his first time there. He LOVED it. And so did we (we have been before). Our waiter was Angel and he was FANTASTIC. He answered all of our questions, explained the whole process, and was very patient when our son was being indecisive. He was super attentive and checked on us multiple times. He brought refills or extras of whatever we needed. We will definitely be back.
