Our nautical-themed pub decorated with fishing and marine artifacts has a beer garden overlooking the Seahouses harbour, a smart dining room where evening meals and Sunday lunches are served, a fascinating bar area where drinks can be enjoyed which exhibits the best of our maritime artefacts and a snug for those wishing to enjoy snacks with their drinks. Stayed overnight in the Bungalow (amazing value - kitchen with table, separate lounge, twin bedroom and good bathroom). We only had mains - pie of the day and handmade burger. We were too full for pudding. Food was lovely pub grub. The pie (chicken, leek and ham) was served with creamy mash and buttered greens. Hubby said it was lovely. My burger came with great fries, huge onion rings, coleslaw and green salad. It was all lovely . Service was warm, friendly and good.

Cold and uninviting restaurant room. The All Day menu whilst good doesn’t reflect the menus in this App. Staff great. Good food.

Fantastic steak and ale pie, complimented by gorgeous creamy mash. Wife’s smoked fish chowder equally as delicious. Lovely staff too.

The welcome by friendly staff and deliciously described menu choices were really good and the food was excellent. A little disappointed we couldn’t have the special crab soup but the rest was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and informed about the menu and history if the building. The whole experience perfect, so …. we booked for the following night and were told that whilst it was a traditional but special Sunday lunch menu all day, there would be special fish options, ie catch of the day, which is the only reason we booked. Sadly this was not the case! Sunday was very disappointing in many ways

I love staying in The Ship we always get a lovely welcome Rooms are spacious and very clean Breakfast is outstanding
