Our Executive Chef André Kneubühler is a master of his art: the art of setting the perfect stage for the synergies of different tastes and thus for the authenticity of local Alpine and seasonal quality products. Pur, uncomplicated, modern – often with a twist and flavourful nuances of faraway places.
Our small but excellent à la carte menu fulfils all preferences and offers intriguing options. Additionally, all dishes excel in vegetarian finesse – however, for those who love fish and meat we will create delicacies that harmonise perfectly with the menu.

Incredible. My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed the 5-course “chef’s selection dinner” with the wine pairing as a special date night, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service, food quality, attention to detail, ambiance - everything was outstanding. This was a truly special dining experience!

The main courses are just sides so you add protein, 35 CHF for a carrot and sauce is too much (75 CHD w a small piece of salmon) and the carrot was so salty it was inedible. It’s a shame bc the other courses were excellent.
