I have to admit that I was fired up to try this new spot. It turned out to be a very disappointing experience for me and my wife. The food was terrible and I usually don’t try to critique any restaurant in a negative way but this was really bad. The bartender was excellent and tried to make things right but when I asked to speak to the owner he suddenly left the building which was to me a very cowardly move. I don’t think I’ll return nor give any recommendations for this place.

‍ Let me just say, the pictures (gallery )on their website is deceiving! I took my wife here for her birthday last night. My wife noticed that the restaurant was sitting on a corner and didn't like the way it looked outside but, I figured maybe it would exactly be what I saw on their website inside. We walked in and we didn't even sit down! It looked very "club like", the host was trying seat us at the bar, everyone was looking at us because I guess we were overdressed (thought this restaurant was elegant), one customer warns us about the seats and says "be careful seating down because the chairs are wobbly ". My wife noticed the lounge and there was hardly anyone in there ‍, no ambiance at all, just looked small and dingy. If I'm taking my wife out anywhere, it's going to be nice and elegant and this was not it! We walked right back out the door as my wife says to the waitress "we're done for the night ". I took her somewhere else. The Opulent?? Nope, please don't go here, I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place.

Honestly I can’t event rate the food as it never arrived. We had kabob appetizer that. We sent back as it wasn’t properly prepared and was not as expected. We were there an hour 1/2 and never received our entrees. We tried giving the benefit of doubt while waiting considering it was Valentine’s Day, but it seems they were far from prepared for the crowd.

Good food, service poor. Ordered a side dish with my dinner and it came in time for desert (I had to ask for it 3 times)

I got to the restaurant and nobody/host to greet me or ask about my reservation. They had two different parties going on and wasn’t sure what was what. After walking into one of the parties and try to talk to the waiter he looks clueless but later took me to the back of the restaurant in the other room that wasn’t set up. He later setup a table for me and my friend which was pretty quiet. The place is nice but communication is very important when you have a business. Being open for customers on Open table but hosting two different parties at the same time makes it look unprofessional. I will still go back to give it another try.

Service was great when the waitress actually showed up. Menu was odd but what we ordered we liked. Would have ordered more after apps if our waitress ever returned. We called it a night and went to grab wings. Good concept poor execution.

Appetizers were decent (Calamari and Crabcake Sliders). Shrimp fried rice had frozen shrimp and rice as well as noodle dish were extremely buttery and heavy. Red Velvet cake dessert was store bought cake.
