On the evening of September 26th, The Ordinary Pub suffered significant damage during Hurricane Helene and is currently closed until further notice.
As the damage is building-wide, we are working diligently with property owners, building management, structural engineers, and the city of Savannah to plan and to rebuild.
We will work under the strong and consistent belief that we will again serve our fans far and wide and our beautiful community of Savannah in the near future.
We continue to offer daily brunch, happy hour, and dinner services, alongside special events, at our sister location, Common Restaurant, also located in historic downtown Savannah. Common Restaurant can also be found on the OpenTable platform for reservations or by calling 912.777.3742.
We thank our past patrons for their continued support and look forward to meeting - and making - new fans soon.

Common is also located in the heart of historic downtown on Broughton Street, and the space can accommodate from 55 seated to 80 standing-room-only.     Our server was fantastic. We ordered the brussel sprout appetizer and that was extremely delicious! For my entree I ordered the duck confit tacos. It was a large serving of three tacos plus some coleslaw that had a kick to it on the back end. It was delicious. My husband ordered the fried bison and it was overcooked and dry. Our other friend ordered the short ribs and I tasted a piece and it seemed dry to me not juicy. But all in all this is a really cool place. The ambience is really nice but we were seated right by a speaker and could barely hold a conversation. We actually asked for them to turn the music down and they did a little bit. It's a great place I think you should try it.

    This might be one of the best meals I’ve had in my year of living here. Try the short rib!

    Excellent dining experience. The food was top notch! Highly recommend Southern Fried Bison steak and the Lionmane app. If you're in Savannah it's a must

    Bottomless mimosas were amazing $15 for all you can drink (with the purchase of a meal) and Cassidy was amazing she never let our glasses run empty. Which is hard to find in Savannah! The food is lovely it never fails. Very similar vibe to their sister restaurant the common. A must visit even if just coming to sit at the bar.

    Most amazing food and I’m pretty sure the best service I’ve ever had! Our waitress was honest about the meals when we asked questions and was very knowledgeable!
