Excited to eat here as the reviews were great. Arrived and given the list of food not available which was understandable given the time of the year. Wanted to order the halibut and chips but overheard the hostess tell the server they were saving the portions for a bigger table later on that evening so we finished our drinks and left.

This was the best restaurant we ate at while in Alaska! Staff were wonderfully helpful and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Butternut squash salad, Reindeer stew and Crab Ravioli!!!! Great eats and view!

Reasonably priced for the area, with excellent food and friendly service. Beautiful views with modern rustic look inside. They do run out of things at the end of the season, but that is understandable. We came back a second time as thought one of the best choices in the vicinity for ambiance, food quality, service, and value.

On-line menu was not reflective of actual menu. Baked Alaska specialty dessert wasn’t available and the waiter essentially snapped at us when asking about it. Waiter was obviously ready for the summer open season to be over. We ordered soup that was described as a chicken curry cauliflower, and it was chicken curry avocado! The brownie sundae dessert we settled for didn’t have an actual brownie, whipped cream, or a cherry. Just overall it was a very disappointing dining experience.

We were there for my wife’s birthday and was very pleased with everything. We were able to walk there from Denali Bluffs Hotel and walked back afterwards.

Lovely staff and great service, but our meal was only so-so. My partner strongly felt that what was billed as fried halibut was actually cod, and fries were cold. My meal (baked halibut) was much better, but my main complaint is that I could hardly see the beautiful view of the mountains because the restaurant’s large picture windows were filthy.

Lovely dinner. Wish we had understood that we had to hike up to the restaurant! It was pretty noisy, but the food was good.

Nice restaurant. Great view. Beautiful bar area surrounded by glass. My husband had Thai scallops. Delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the king crab legs. $120 for the crab legs. Oops. Forgot to ask what is the market price. Good wine selection at lower 48 prices.
