    Service was slow even though the restaurant was basically empty. King crab was ridiculously priced. Food was great but overpriced

    I had high hopes for a successful family special dinner out. I never expected the meal to be a sprint but it took an hour to get our shellfish tower to the table. The restaurant had plenty of open tables so it’s mysterious on why things were so slow. It doesn’t take much to blemish a meal when it’s at this price point so it was disappointing.

    We have been long time customers beginning in NYC, Easthampton and for the past 19 years here in Atlanta. The manager Amy and the entire staff particularly servers April, Bill and Tom are exceptional from their genuine warm greetings, menu advice and service . All think ahead and are consistently attentive. The food and wine/cocktail menu, second to none. There’s a reason they have beed in business for decades and keep their staff for long periods. 6 Stars!!

    April our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive and easy to talk to. She gave excellent recommendations for meal options and provided excellent service. The ambience was exactly what we wanted for a Christmas dinner atmosphere.

    I had the pleasure of visiting THE PALM for Christmas dinner on 12/25. The restaurant was lively yet not overcrowded, creating a perfect festive atmosphere. Although we were offered a table, we opted to dine at the bar. Our bartender, Penny, along with the rest of the staff, was outstanding and provided exceptional service throughout the evening. We began with the calamari, which was lightly breaded, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. While the Prime Rib looked incredible, I chose the Bone-In Ribeye steak with black truffle butter, cooked to medium rare perfection. I paired it with a side of Alfredo pasta with blackened shrimp and sautéed spinach, which complemented the steak beautifully. And as always, the chicken parmesan—a standout favorite in Atlanta—did not disappoint. For dessert, the tiramisu was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday. It was rich, flavorful, and an excellent ending to a wonderful meal. Overall, we enjoyed an amazing Christmas dinner with top-notch service. Thank you, Palm, and a special thanks to Penny!

    We visited THE PALM for a holiday lunch on 12/20 and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional—attentive and friendly—and the food was outstanding. We started with a wedge salad and lightly breaded calamari, perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. For the main course, we enjoyed an incredible bone-in veal chop Parmesan style, a fresh and flavorful 4 lb lobster, and shrimp linguini pasta. We ended the meal with their world-famous carrot cake, which was the perfect finale. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, PALM, for an unforgettable meal and experience!

    Great service! The server was polite, attentive and delivered what we needed pleasantly. The food was just OK, which was disappointing. But love that there are electrical outlets at the booths - allowed me to be productive during my lunch meeting.
