    Great service! The server was polite, attentive and delivered what we needed pleasantly. The food was just OK, which was disappointing. But love that there are electrical outlets at the booths - allowed me to be productive during my lunch meeting.

    Always a great experience at the Palm. Not only do they remember you if you are an 837 member but it is just a great dining experience.

    The service was the highlight of the evening. Our server was amazing and focus on details was fantastic. We needed to send our steaks back to be reheated as they arrived at our table barely lukewarm. Overall the food was ok at best. Value - just not there. It was way overpriced. Drinks are close to $20 and steaks are in the $70 range. Neither was enjoyable enough to justify the price. My daughter did say the blood orange margarita was great. Overall, service was the highlight of the evening.

    I had a problem with my steak being overcooked but they made me another one and it was cooked perfectly!

    My 15th year having Thanksgiving at the Palm. It is a family tradition. Awesome as always, and it is great to eat something other than the Veal Chop there.

    It was delicious food, large portion of turkey, and the service for Thanksgiving was very good considering it was a holiday. They validate your parking ticket which helps lower the cost.

    Restaurant had no one in it except 3 people at the bar. There were about 6 staff members deep cleaning the bar, bottles, shelves, etc. which was strange to schedule during open restaurant time. The bar tender asked if we would prefer to sit at a table to not be bothered with cleaning but we opted to stay. It completely took away from the experience whether we would have sat at a table or not. I had the lamb and my friend had a strip. Both were excellent.

    Food was good as always, disappointed in the service as waiter upsold us on wine and app; ordered calamari, $22, then says the lobster app is much better without mentioning more than double the price at $49. I take responsibility for not asking but for a special, he should have said the price. As I said, dissapointed in a place we used to frequent regularly.
