   From the second we walked through the door we were greeted as if we were family. Me and my girlfriend were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and they made our night feel very special. The servers were very knowledgeable and attentive when it came to us asking about the menu and about specific drinks. The food was unbelievable as always and I still can’t stop thinking about their dessert we had the zeppoles and it was the best dessert I’ve ever had. I love the palm and will continue to dine here.

   Took some customers out for dinner, steak was not cooked the way we asked and overall food quality was good. Great service and nice private booth.

   I had read about the lobster industry’s low production in the last few years, but l never suspected it would affect the Palm. Our lobsters (3 and 4 lb), were undersized and had small claws. I have eaten a 3lb lobster at the Palm many times before, and the claws and tail were huge. I will not be eating there again.

   Our food was delicious. Our server was outstanding. The general manager did a tableside visit to ensure everything was perfect
