    Realmente regular la atención en recepción mala cuidado con el de recepción señor todo canoso de muy mal trato . El servicio exageradamente lento 3/4 de hora para servir el primer tiempo . El pan blanco muy duro y frío El vino muy bueno El salmón seco porque se tardaron en sacarlo .en general esperaba mucho más de este restaurante

    Couldn’t have picked a better restaurant for New Years Eve! We arrived early for our reservation so they said to sit at the bar and have a cocktail. The bartender was fantastic! It was busy and yet his service was exceptional! Our table was ready in 10 minutes (still earlier than our reserved time). The service was perfect at the table also. Food arrived fairly quickly but we weren’t rushed. Steak was very good as well as the wagyu Bolognese. Lobster bisque was exceptional. Prices were very fair for the quality of food and service. We visit Las Vegas once a year and have eaten there each time and it never disappoints!

    Stacey was our server and she was great. We are regulars for a light lunch. Our favorite is the Gigi salad.

    I think the food quality has significantly slipped. The arancini was dry, and felt like it had been under a heat lamp for twenty minutes. The wagyu filet was likewise dry, with very little flavor. I would not recommend the wagyu again. The last time we came, we had the ribeye and that was a lot better. Perhaps we'll try that again someday. At the moment, there are better steakhouses with comparable prices on the strip and little point to visiting this one.

    I had the fillet lobster Oscar style one of the others in our party had the ribeye both were medium rare, and unfortunately, they were both tough. I found this experience subpar to what I would expect from the Palm The service was excellent. The staff was friendly. The location and ambience were nice. However, I am there for the steak and prime steak should never be tough. Others in our party had the shrimp, the Wagyu lasagna those were both excellent the final member of our party had the salmon and while the flavor was good, the cut was thin and slightly overcooked
