    We love The Palm! The food is consistently good, and it has a lovely, warm atmosphere, wait staff is so nice and we always eat there when going to The Schermerhorn or Bridgestone. It makes me so happy to walk in the door. ❤️

    Absolutely the worse meal in 2024 and we eat out, a lot. The “signature” chicken parmigiana required a steak nice to cut it.

    The service was excellent. Our server, Lisa was outstanding! The food was just not good at all. Reminded us of a meal at Applebees. Wow.

    The server was training someone and kept correcting her in front of us about things he could have taken to the back. He also was kind of rude. They offered us free dessert for my daughter’s birthday and then left for so long we had to go find someone so we could pay and leave. They manager said sorry for the wait we will take these doughnuts off your bill…they were supposed to be free. Then the waiter came over with some ridiculous story about the first batch was burnt and someone stole the second. I felt like I was eating at Cracker Barre, not The Palm.

    Food took over an hour plus to come out and more than half of the entrees were cold. The manager offered complimentary drinks and desserts which was very nice, but at that point it had been almost three hours since we were seated and we were ready to go.

    Good food. Great service. Fun place. They lost their at-the-door valet service so we had to pay 30 bucks to park and then walk a little way. (Good for us!) 3 of us had 8oz filet with crab topper on 2 of them, some fabulous 3 cheese potatoes (incredibly good) and water only to drink and the bill with a 20% tip was $400. It was really good and my wife and I enjoyed taking our daughter for her birthday dinner. And that’s my story! 😊

    We were 30 minutes early and the hostess seated us right away. Bailey took care of us and was attentive without being intrusive. I ordered the lamb chops which were delicious. I highly recommend dinner at The Palm.

    Lame. Tourist steak house- Longhorn Brentwood is better. Unfortunately it’s just not that great. P location has gotten lazy- manager- because it has an endless stream of compliant customers for Preds games and unsuspecting tourists. Lame vibe and food just isn’t that good. Steak houses better than Palm in Nashville as of 11/4/2024 Oak Jeff Ruby’s Bourbon steak Hal’s E3 Bob’s Earnest 2 people 2 steaks 2 drinks and dessert $320 with tip- Joe biden’s america Palm…you can do better
