    We had an unfortunate experience from start to finish. We had to ask for our bread basket four times. The Lobster Bisque was cold. The Filet was cold. They failed to bring our Hashbrowns. After all of this they offered us a free desert. We ordered the donuts off the desert menu. After a wait of approximately ten minutes we were told they didn’t have the donuts. Nothing else on the desert menu appealed to us. We paid the bill and left very unsatisfied.

    Went for our second dinner at the palm during our stay in Orlando. Another fantastic meal! Delicious (and generous sized) 3 pound lobster, and a NY strip. Our (requested) server was Lindsay - offering spot on top notch service She made the evening very special (celebrating my birthday). We will definitely return during our next visit to Orlando

    The Palm never disappoints! Gabriel was an incredible server who listened to our requests and was very attentive. The steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The chef even made a salad off menu to accommodate my food allergies. The old fashion drink was superb! You won’t regret eating at The Palm!

    For a semi-fine dining restaurant, I felt like the server rushed our meal. She set our cocktails down on the table and my lobster bisque (delicious btw) was place in front of me at the same time. My husband and I picked up our glasses to toast to our evening and before we could even get the glass to our lips, our server was still standing there and asked if we knew what we wanted for entree. The filet, creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes were flavorful and well-prepared. We enjoyed the food and selection in the bread basket. I just wish the service matched the price and expectations of the restaurant.
