   Always love coming to the Palm! We dined in a private room and the service is great and feels very relaxed. This was our 5th time at this location and we always make it a point to have our fancy night out when we are visiting from Wisconsin. Our go to every time and the food is amazing!

   We we here last in July 2023 and everything was excellent this time as well. Our server Katrina was very nice and she explained all of the specials. She suggested dessert and a tiramisu martini which was excellent.

   Our main courses sat under a heat lamp for about 15 minutes. We were the last seating of the night. We were having our appetizers when a waitress who was not our waiter, came over with our main courses and started cramming the first plate on the table. I spoke up and said we were still eating our appetizers. She said that we had to take them because the kitchen closed at 9:00. I said that was not my problem, that we were paying a lot of money for dinner there and we didn’t want our mains piled on our apps. She said that the food would sit under a heat lamp then, and was argumentative, a little bit scary, and unbelievably rude. It was embarrassing and ruined our night out. I had been to this restaurant twice before and the service and food were excellent both times.

   Cameriera molto gentile ma troppo premurosa e voleva far di corsa, noi in Italia non siamo abituati. La zuppa di aragosta non è stata molto di nostro gusto, forse troppo pomodoro e panna hanno ucciso un po’ la bisque. I ravioli di aragosta erano più interessati. Molto buono il tonno sale e pepe, anche la guarnizione e la salsa al coriandolo (anche se può non piacere a tutti quest’ultima). I dolci sono quelli più apprezzati. Molto, molto grossi, ma buoni. Tiramisù così a volte manco in Italia così buono, ottima la cheese cake newyorkese con dulce de leche salato, la torta al cioccolato molto buono anche se un po’ pesante, adatta per i golosoni. Caffè e cappuccio buono. Il cocktail un po’ carichi ma molto buono prosecco rose (non pensavo trovarlo). Ci hanno offerto un dolce per l’anniversario. Grazie mille! Nel complesso molto buono, essendo del settore sono più pignolo. Lo consiglio.

    Wonderful service and food. Only think keeping this from five stars is a more lively atmosphere and restrooms actually in the restaurant. They share restrooms with the hotel, but the men’s room was under renovation which requires a five minute walk to the first floor to use one. Not easy to figure out.
