    Amazing choice for Christmas. Full menu was available. Our server, Daniel made Christmas perfect. Scallops perfectly cooked and steaks were seared to proper temp. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything including the bread. Will go back again.

    Our server Alex was wonderful and very attentive. Food was delicious - scallops were cooked to perfection/Wagyu Lasagna was absolutely delicious. It was a great Christmas dinner with my family 💚❤️

    No issues getting same day reservation. Parking was easy and across the street. Food was good. Service was great. Pricing was fair. I would go back.

    The drinks and warm bread were good at the start, even the Cesar salad was good before the main dishes. I ordered their Wagyu lasagna and while the serving and presentation was nice, it was very dry. I had to ask for a side of bolognese, which they accommodated and it made it better. We also ordered their center cut filet, which was cooked well but it was lukewarm and got cold within minutes. I would give it another try to see if it was just an off night but I was not impressed.

    Service was excellent but the food was sub par. We ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and risotto. The steak was good, but the sides were mediocre. The mashed potatoes were dry and the risotto was crunchy. For what we paid, we didn’t feel we got our moneys worth. Probably will not return.

    It was our first visit to The Palm and I made a reservation to celebrate my husband’s birthday knowing this place is a classic steakhouse and staple in San Antonio. Well, it definitely lived up to the hype. Everything from my dirty martini to our entrees and dessert were fabulous! The arrancini are MUST-HAVE appetizer and I loved the Shrimp Sauté I ordered for my entree. My husband ordered the NY Strip and even though it was not quite cooked at Medium, all he had to do was start to mention the preparedness and his plate was immediately removed and a new steak was brought to the table. That level of service was not only appreciated but what you expect from an establishment of this caliber, and they did not disappoint with the customer service. Our server was beyond lovely and truly made our dinner that much more special. She was a gem! And last but certainly not least, the TIRAMISU! OMG! Do not think twice. Order it even if you must take it home. It truly was the BEST tiramisu we’ve ever had. We will certainly be back!
