   The best cocktails I’ve ever had. The room is beautiful and the service was wonderful. Such a lovely and ambient place to while away a few very happy hours.

   Afternoon Tea - Bread a bit dry Scones nice Sweet treats all incredibly sweet couldn’t eat them all as sickly. I mentioned I didn’t like the tea I chose, but no offer to swap it, always been offered this in other places. Staff not very attentive or professional. I saw one server place the afternoon tea stand on the floor whilst clearing space to put it on another table. When I went to toilet an electrical lead of the vacuum was stretched across the path to the toilets creating a trip hazard. Just overall lack of thought and professionalism. Shame as environment is lovely

   A really cosy relaxed vibe with delicious food. The menu was brilliant for the afternoon tea and they were really accommodating with the various dietary requirements. Perfect for a girlie afternoon

   The Parlour room was beautifully decorated. There was a slight delay with the food arriving to our table. The sandwiches and hot savory were tasty, however, sadly the selection of scones were all rather dry. The tarte tatin was tiny and the Alaska tarts were soft. Overall the sweets were disappointing.

   Great cocktails and visit every year for Xmas. Love the ambience and staff are lovely BUT service was slow (they need more staff making cocktails) - otherwise great.

   Perfect, had a wonderful evening from the moment we were seated. Enchanting decor - sublime drinks and moreish food. Feels like cocktails on the way in or out of Wonderland. Thanks to the waiting staff looking after us - great suggestions- we’ll be back with friends

    Have seen other less favorable reviews - this wasn't our experience. Great staff, friendly, attentive and professional. Lovely setting and live guitar playing too. Food was yummy. Wine pretty over priced but other than that had a lovely time - def will return.
