Experience the new Great Scotland Yard Signature Afternoon Tea at The Parlour. Inspired by the building's iconic history as first head quarter of the British Police, each dish is a journey through its infamous tales, with rare ingredients and creative twists. The iconic Ink Pot Cake is a toast to all the great writers who passed through the building, like Lewis Carroll, Charles Dickens, and Arthur Conan Doyle, who drew inspiration from its stories for his Sherlock Holmes tales.

Nestled in the heart of Central London, our luxury afternoon tea experience combines timeless tradition with a seasonal twist. Enjoy a curated selection of hand-crafted pastries, delicate finger sandwiches, and freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and homemade preserves. Each bite is infused with festive flavors, making it the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.

    Celebrate Christmas with a Festive Set Lunch at Great Scotland Yard Hotel. Available 18th November - 5th January. Menu includes different succulent dishes such as: Prawn cocktail, baby gem and oscietra caviar, Bronze turkey breast, root vegetables and roast potatoes and cranberry bigarade, Christmas pudding and brandy sauce. Our Pre-theatre menu is served daily from 17.30pm until 20.30 pm. 2 course at £25 - 3 course at £35t.

                                  I was looking for the perfect afternoon tea experience to celebrate my daughter’s 16th. I am happy to say that this was the loveliest experience and possibly our most favorite thing that we did on our trip to London. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We cannot wait to come back.

                                  Very unimpressed. Went for doggy afternoon tea with two dogs. Neither dogs ate much of anything - the food looked bland and not presented very well. Absolute gimmick! The festive afternoon tea (for the humans) had some cute elements but the range was limited and taste was very underwhelming. Service was okay, but not particularly impressive.

                                  We had an amazing afternoon tea at the Parlour, and opted for the unlimited Veuve Clicquot. The food was delicious, the ambiance was spectacular, and the staff could not have been more fabulous, especially Avalyn.

                                  This afternoon tea was so very interesting. We loved the variety of food, and how the servers explained why each meal and presentation piece was chosen. Everything was utterly delicious, and we really enjoyed the selection of teas presented. We left very stuffed, and very happy. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, and we were able to converse normally without having to shout or whisper. It was that perfect blend.

                                  Really good food. We experienced some faulty service though. We came with a child and had to ask 3 times before they found a high chair for him. We also ordered the champagne afternoon tea, but had to ask to get the champagne when the food started to show up but not the champagne.

                                  I was looking for a special place to celebrate me and my wife's anniversary and a friend recommended this tea saloon. I'm glad to say the whole experience was incredible!! Located in the Great Scotland Yard hotel, the afternoon tea is inspired in the history of the building, which I thought was very cool and innovative. Loved the foamy mystery box at the beginning (definitely a plus if you come with kids!). The savouries were all delicious, specially the chicken coronation and sausage roll. The selection brings the traditional afternoon tea sandwiches from a modern perspective. The cakes were visually astonishing and very tasty as well. I'm not a particularly a sweet person, but I managed to finish all of them, as they were so good and very different from one another, which added to the experience. The staff was very friendly, specially Avalyn, who was kind enough to accommodate all our needs. It's also cool that they offer afternoon tea for dogs on Sundays. I haven't heard of other places who does this. I don't have a dog but I'm planning on getting one just as an excuse to return. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it. 10/10 !!!!
