A trendy workspace by day where patrons will be able to work, socialize and enjoy a full coffee and traditional bar, as well as fresh pastries, artisanal sandwiches, salads and more, on a first-come-first-served basis. During the evening The Pink Polo transitions into a lively cocktail lounge, offering an upscale cocktail experience & eclectic social atmosphere. The craft cocktail program features an extensive classic cocktail list, as well as innovative signature cocktails accompanied with upscale American tavern-style food with South American influences.

The bar is closed permanently. It’s in a very sketchy hotel. We were unaware until we arrived.

The expresso martini was amazing! As well as all the unique specialty drink options. The food flavors and sauces were so tasty and excited my food palette. The steak was cooked to perfection right at our table and delicious with the chimichurri sauce. Can’t wait to go back to continue to explore the cocktail menu & try different dishes
