A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.

It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. Our dining room has limited space and we don’t offer high chairs, so please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pram or need to adjust your booking size.

Here's when we're open, so you can find what you're looking for:

Weekdays:
Bar 3-11pm
Kitchen 6-10pm

Weekends:
Bar 12-11pm (10pm Sunday’s)
Kitchen 1-5pm

Kitchen is closed on Men’s Arsenal home games.

Had an absolutely incredible meal - the burger is famous for a reason! The sneaky winner was the winter tomatoes, though. One person in our party deemed them “the best tomato they’ve ever had”. Thank you to our wonderful waitresses also for preparing the cake we brought as it was our friend’s birthday! Very kind and accommodating. 10/10 meal & service.

We ordered the potatoes, burgers and linguine. Potatoes and burgers are another level! They were so tasty and we loved them. However, the linguine was too salty and overcooked. It’s a shame because other food was amazing so. But I will get back next time for sure

Everything was delicious, the octopus, burger and the pecan pie . The lady who served us was very attentive and helpful too. Would come back anytime

Delicious food, we had an assortment of small plates for three of us, which all came quite quickly, in fact a little too quickly for the size of the table. The tuna escabeche, was excellent in a sweet and vinegary sauce, creamy scallops in spicy chorizo orangey oil, soft deep-fried baby potaotes with fresh aioli, Fresh mussels in cream with dill, Pork belly with a refreshing herb salad, all washed down with some chilled wine and a cheeky sweet pastry filled with treacly pecan nuts to finish. The tables are tight which adds to the amibence but also makes it noisy, so be prepared, the service is friendly and attentive. A great evening, we will be back.

Not our first time going and won’t be our last, everything was incredible service, food, cider!! Absolute 10/10, had the best chocolate tart of my life thanks to the brilliant Rosie. Thank you so much for looking after us!

Myself and my husband really enjoyed our experience at The Plimsoll. It lived up to its great reviews and popularity. We had the Dexter cheeseburger each and shared some fried potatoes, so yummy. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We shared a delicious dessert of meringue, lemon curd and pistachio. Would definitely recommend but you’ll need to book well in advance!
