We are a family-owned restaurant located in Kapalua. Join us for an Italian dining experience. Treat yourself to our Ala Carte menu selections or our chef-curated tasting menus, your choice of 2, 3, or 4 courses that change weekly. We are open and welcoming guests for dinner daily from 5 to 9 PM. |

Come savor our Signature Dish, artisanal burrata along with an array of appetizers, salads entrees, and desserts prepared fresh daily. At The Pour House Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, we wish to offer you an intimate dining experience away from home and hope you’ll consider us your new Maui family.

We will be serving our greatest hits, Caviar Blini and Prosecco, to start, and we will have multiple items to choose from in each of the following categories from our Antipasti, Salad, and Entree courses.       • CAVIAR BLINI

        Two chive blini topped with crème fraîche and caviar.

        ANTIPASTI

        Served with fresh crostini and balsamic reduction.

        • WHITE TRUFFLE BURRATA WITH MARINARA AND BASIL PESTO

          Hand-stretched burrata atop slow-roasted San Marzano tomato marinara sauce topped with lemon basil pesto.

          • BURRATA WITH ARTICHOKE HEARTS, OLIVES, AND PROSCIUTTO DI SAN DANIELE

            Catelvetrano olives and artichoke hearts, marinated in our house-made lemon thyme vinaigrette.

            • PESTO CAESAR SALAD WITH CHICKEN

              Organic chicken, locally-grown romaine lettuce, house-made pesto Caesar dressing & croutons, and freshly grated Parmegiano-Reggiano cheese.

                      Chefs Choice Organic Pasta, beef short rib simmered in San Marzano marinara with roasted garlic and onion, fresh herbs. Finished with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

                                May legitimately be the best meal I’ve ever had! All dishes were delicious and staff were lovely. The owner/head chef made himself very available to check on patrons, see if we had any questions, and to just chat a bit. We are definitely going back next time we’re in Maui!

                                There were four of us plus our 14 month old baby girl the owner was not attentive to us and in fact made us feel very unwanted. He went to every table except ours. I guess they don’t like children at $34 for a plate of spaghetti, he should welcome us With much more gusto

                                Always a pleasure to dine there. Morris makes everyone welcome with stories and a great sense of humour- and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our separate meals

                                I’ve eaten at the poor house a number of times and always enjoyed. Last night we were greeted by the owner and gave us exceptional service and suggestions. However, when my meal was served, it was not what I ordered and I tried to tell the server but she did not understand English And so I just gave up and kept it. I felt that once we were greeted by the owner then we didn’t have any Wait staff who came up to us to ask us if we wanted another glass of wine or anything else. Overall, it still is a favourite restaurant of mine. I just think they need to get their wait staff coordinated with the tables. I will try again next time in Maui.

                                Wonderful dinner out in Kapalua (we stayed at the Ritz with a <5 min walk). Started with an excellent burrata - we chose the pear and honey - and we enjoyed our fresh pasta dinners. Will return on our next trip back!

                                First, the food was delicious and generous portions, prices seems a little on the high side. What was most surprising was their wine list, many choices but the prices were outrageous, and the only “by the glass” was their house red and white wines, which were average at $16/glass. We had hoped to sit outside but unfortunately they were working on the roof so the porch seating wasn’t available. The music being played was good, and not too loud, still difficult to have conversation. Despite the critiques, we will definitely return for the delicious food.
