   Really poor experience. Booked a reservation before a leafs game and they first tried to seat us right at the opening of the kitchen. They moved us to another table. My wine glass came dirty with lip marks on the glass. The table was not set and we didn’t get napkins or cutlery until halfway through our meal. We tried to order 3 different drinks and each one we ordered they either said they didn’t have in stock or the kegs were not working. Couldn’t even get a Guinness on st Patrick’s day. Eventually when the manager came over we expressed our concerns and she just made excuses that no one sits on these lower tables yet the area we sat in had about 5 other parties around us. Unfortunately will not be back and do not recommend.

   We were blown away by the food and service at The Rec Room. We figured the whole place was more about the games/entertainment so we didn’t have high hopes for the food. But my boyfriend and I agreed it was one of the best burgers we ever had. The service was very quick even on a Friday evening at dinner time. The host and waitress were very friendly. Highly recommend.

   Everything was fantastic! Favourite spot for my Family when we are in town. The only issue I had tonight was when we were seated we were told we only had 1-1/2 hours for our table stay . I had a reservation and showed up on time, but was unsettled by this notification from our host while being seated. We stayed for close to 3.5 hours but left our seat due to the subliminal dining constraints. All the time we spent after we left our table no one else was seated at the vacant table and there was clearly not a need for it as there were many open tables.

   The food was great. We come here every time we come to Toronto. The food was hot and we did not have to wait long even with it being very busy and full. Our server was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed and even switched out the donuts for ice cream as our son will not eat donuts. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

   It was my first time a Rec Room. Great atmosphere. The menu is on the small side but it has a lot of good and interesting food selections. Will definitely go back. I need to try the pizzas. They look flavourful.

    Nous avons eu un service exceptionnel du personnel autant à la salle de jeux qu’en salle à manger. Merci spécial à Mo le chef qui nous a offert les desserts et le gérant qui lui nous a remis une carte de point chacun pour s’excuser des inconvénients. Comme quoi expliquer au lieu de crier arrange bien les choses . Allez-vous amuser et très bien manger c’est un endroit exceptionnel.
