The Red Lion Restaurant is a great traditional, warm & friendly country pub in the heart of stunning Penyffordd.

HOMEMADE SUNDAY LUNCH

Join us from 12pm to 7pm every Sunday for one of the best homemade Sunday lunches in the region. Hand cut, fresh and locally sourced vegetables & meats complimented by homemade gravy’s and sides.

SPRING MENU

We are thrilled to launch our new Spring Menu, Lounge Menu and our new & improved Sunday Menu as well as our weekly Chef's Specials Menu.

Our Main Menu, Lounge Menu & Chef's Specials Menu will be available

~ Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 5pm - 9pm

~ Friday & Saturday 12pm - 9pm

Head Chef Steve Crewe has created our Spring Menu with customer favourite dishes new & old.

    Booked for a family meal, 11 of us. Food was superb, staff looked after us. Highly recommend.

    This has become my favourite place to eat, hadn’t been for a few weeks & can’t tell you how much I had missed it & as always food was Amazing, Love everything about it.

    Chicken bites starter are to die for. Really tasty roast lamb, with mint gravy, plenty of it. Try to come every 2 weeks, because we enjoy so much.

    Another great Sunday roast lunch . I again had a table for 12 booked from our social group and it is always popular. We gave our menu choice in advance and it worked out really well. The staff were very accommodating and service was good. My guests have left good reviews on our group website. See you again in a couple of months for another lunch. Thank you.
