The culinary program at the Restaurant at Albert Hotel will be led by MaieB Hospitality’s Founder + Executive Chef, Michael Fojtasek, a three-times James Beard finalist for "Best Chef, Southwest."
We were looking forward to have dinner at The Restaurant and ended very disappointed. If you are looking for a place to drink the bar runs perfectly but the kitchen is a different story, we wait 1 hour and a half for our appetizer and 2 hours for the main course. The server was great and calm the whole time apologizing for all the delays. Food was ok but we were expecting a wow dinner after the long wait and since we heard great things about the chef.

Comfortable dining area, I definitely would return to try more dishes. The winter dumplings were amazing, and my husband loved the lamb rack. Service was well-timed and friendly, overall it was a wonderful experience.
