With a focus on fine Anglo-French food and a traditionally English atmosphere, our restaurant offers a selection of dishes prepared from the freshest ingredients. The dress code is smart casual, and you can join us for breakfast from 8-9:45am and dinner from 6-8:30pm.

    Christmas Day at Knoll House was an absolute treat. Staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and there was a great variety of options available. There is an old world charm about the place and the afternoon we spent there evoked many special memories of a simpler time in life. Thoroughly recommend!

    Pleasantly surprised at the peaceful atmosphere. We could enjoy this good meal and hear each other speak, such an unusual feature as you grow older. I hear the breakfast is very good too!

    Set menu ,good selection and very reasonably priced ,staff attentive. Only downside was too brightly lit, not conducive to romantic dining.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our evening dinner experience at Knowle House. Food was delicious for the price band. The service was excellent.

    The Knoll House is an institution. Stuck in the 1950's but in a charming way. Definitely a place to stopover enjoy the gorgeous location and views and enjoy the old school charm and old school service. The 3 course meal is good value and the quality of the food is good enough, the staff are lovely and all seem to get on and with a good wine list...you go for the charm and a relaxed atmosphere.
