THE RESTAURANT

While we renovate our Dining Room, our upstairs bar (formerly The Attic) will serve as your primary dining destination. The new space is expected to open in Spring 2025—stay tuned for updates!

The Restaurant & Terrace Bar at Salish Lodge offers a first-of-the-season dining experience. Our menu features Pacific Northwest cuisine with flavors that sing the virtues of local and homegrown, using the best ingredients and refined cooking techniques.

Enjoy our signature Country Breakfast, including our famous steel-cut oats and the iconic Honey from Heaven™ service, where honey from our hives is poured from high above your plate onto house-made biscuits.

Select from an extraordinary line-up of creations using first-of-the-season locally sourced ingredients for an unforgettable meal. Join us and create your own wonderful memories with family and friends. Advance reservations are required for The Restaurant.

Salish Lodge is beautiful, peaceful, spacious and the staff are top notch!! The restraunt was spectacular with its service and ambience and the meal was phenomenal! Definitely coming back for special occasions and another slice of white chocolate cheesecake!

Incredible food and service! The filet mignon lived up to its reputation. Stunning views and accommodating staff even in be midst of the renovations. Brava!!

Brunch was fantastic. Love Jessica’s service and energy level. It was a new menu and my husband and I liked the new dishes we ordered.

The service was very warm and welcoming! From start to finish we felt well taken care of! The food was very good no complaints! We will definitely be returning for years to come! The restaurant and lodge & spa is a very Zen like place! Thank you Salish Lodge!

Overall, the only thing I was unsatisfied with was the elk dinner I received. The outside was so charred it was very hard to eat, but we were out for my girlfriend’s birthday and I didn’t want to make a fuss about anything, but I would expect a little more especially with a $300 bill. The waiter was very attentive and The drinks were delicious as well.
