Located just steps away from Sanderson’s iconic lobby and just off the legendary Long Bar. The Restaurant at Sanderson blends visionary design with an exceptional seasonal menu and artisanal cocktails from the Long Bar.

Staying true to the Sicilian style of cooking, our Executive Chef Daniele Zaffora and his team have curated simple yet delicious dishes using combination of fresh, high-quality and locally sourced ingredients that are subtly seasoned and spiced.

    We stopped by for dinner, enjoyed the new menu offered, Tuna was delicious, lamb shank and tiramisu also great and tasty. Service was attentive also. Thank you.
