    Join us for dinner on New Year's Eve! We will be serving a three-course menu at $100 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairings for each course will also be available. Reservations only. Credit card info required upon booking. Reservations are required for the dining room but not for the bar seating. The NYE menu will only be available to dining room guests, and the normal bar food menu will only be available to walk-in bar guests.                               At first glance the way the tables are placed, you feel you are in the lobby restaurant of a 3 star hotel but don't let the look deceive you. Although the bar is small it is pretty and serves great high end liquor drinks. The food is simple like charcuterie, burgers and breakfast food but delicious. The staff is friendly. I would go again.

                              Food and service were excellent. Dinner was a special 3 course Christmas Eve menu. Fabulous choices If you are in Blowing Rock, you must go to The Embers. You will not be disappointed in any way.

                              Dined on Dec 24 , excellent meal Deviled eggs were delicious Drinks excellent, everyone loved their meal. We would definitely go back. . Service was excellent We had a party of 5 all ordered different items , everyone loved …. Also pimento cheese so good

                              Great pre-Christmas dinner with family! Great service (thank you Grayson!). Food was wonderful but portions were all over the place. Some dishes were huge others more modest but all delicious! Beautiful bar as well.

                              Very nice restaurant in a hotel setting. Food was above average and maybe slightly pricy for what we received. Very clean and nice ambience.

                              This was a one and done experiment . Can not recommend this place to anyone. Not one thing about this experience was good. The food was a real disappointment. Zero value.

                              Excellent meal from start to finish. The filet was cooked perfectly and the braised pork shank was truly fall off the bone tender.

                              We had a very pleasant evening at the Embers restaurant. Really enjoyed the food and it wasn't too busy. Service was good and it was generally not noisy. The restaurant had a very impressive Christmas tree in the corner and a real log fire! Breakfast was good also.
