    Join us for dinner on New Year's Eve! We will be serving a three-course menu at $100 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairings for each course will also be available. Reservations only. Credit card info required upon booking. Reservations are required for the dining room but not for the bar seating. The NYE menu will only be available to dining room guests, and the normal bar food menu will only be available to walk-in bar guests.                               Very nice restaurant in a hotel setting. Food was above average and maybe slightly pricy for what we received. Very clean and nice ambience.

                              This was a one and done experiment . Can not recommend this place to anyone. Not one thing about this experience was good. The food was a real disappointment. Zero value.

                              Excellent meal from start to finish. The filet was cooked perfectly and the braised pork shank was truly fall off the bone tender.

                              We had a very pleasant evening at the Embers restaurant. Really enjoyed the food and it wasn't too busy. Service was good and it was generally not noisy. The restaurant had a very impressive Christmas tree in the corner and a real log fire! Breakfast was good also.

                              Great service. The space is very modern, clean and fresh. Nothing else like it in the high country which thrives on the cabin/old inn or club style. Food was very good to excellent. A bit noisy. Most entrees are right at $30 or greater.

                              Exceptional experience! Our first visit (there will be more!) was for a birthday on a Sunday evening. We were seated next to the Christmas tree and a crackling fire (real wood!). Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding. We had the Caesar salad, pork shank, and filet mignon followed by a shared slice of hazelnut tart. Oh my! We'll be back soon.

                              We live local and have been wanting to try out Restaurant at the Embers. Met friends for brunch today and a great experience. Very tasteful modern hotel with eclectic designed restaurant. Food presentation and quality excellent; good value for the money. Our servers were super-friendly and clearly love their job/employer. We'll be back; likely to try dinner next.
