Located in Halifax House, in the heart of the busy commercial district on Brunswick Street, The Restaurant Bar & Grill in Liverpool creates an impression as soon as guests walk through the former old banking hall doors. We’re about classic and inspired seasonal cooking, amazing steaks and brilliant cocktails to match. We only serve the very best British beef naturally reared on farms selected by us.     Excellent value for our outstanding fish and chips treat! Extra drinks provided ‘on the house’ as a birthday surprise! No complaints .. a perfect evening out!

    The steak was barely warm and at a price of £36 just for the steak alone was not worth it. Although husband’s fish & chips were nice. The venue itself is lovely but the noise from customers in the bar is overwhelming (Saturday night) you have to shout if you want a conversation.

    From beginning to end my partner and I had a lovely evening. All the staff where so lovely and friendly, from the lady who showed us our table and Kosta who waited on us, fantastic service from Kosta so efficient. We both went for the Festive menu, well done to the chefs all of the food was delicious especially the steak it was done to perfection. A great big thank to you all, even on one of the busiest nights the service was impeccable, we will be returning.

    Great food. Suuuuuper loud. Service is meh. Had a birthday dinner and notified them twice. Still just got a sorry we'll do something after waiting 20 minutes for the deserts we ordered. Then another sorry 20 minutes after we asked for the bill. Overall. If this was takeaway fkn A. Ambiance and service make it a no go for me again. And would never recommend to anyone.

    The food was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. we did not have a roast dinner but think we will do next time they looked lovely.

    First time visiting. Absolutely loved everything about this place. Will definitely be coming back, the service was amazing, the food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was lively!
