Enjoy a casually elegant ambiance we call "sunroom" chic", perfect to enjoy afternoon tea, cocktails, or light fare while enjoying views of the gardens, lakes, and golf course.

We find inspiration in the classics, the cocktails that have lasted through the decades of trends and changing palates, and we break them down and build them up our way, to bring something new to you. We source local regional ingredients to highlight what this state has to offer, but we won’t shy away from the global specialties,
either. We hope you explore this menu and find your story in what we create. Cheers!

Teddy Bear Tea at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes welcomes you! Sip on an elegant selection of tea, delight in thoughtfully curated sweet and savory culinary delights. Engage with crafts, storytelling, live entertainment, and a special visit from Santa Claus. All while taking in the holiday atmosphere with incredible views. Children will take home a special gift as will each adult, as a little something to remember us by. Tickets are $135 exclusive of 6.5% tax and 20% service charge, per person. The 20% gratuity is subject to adjustment based on your discretion.

Dance the night away to the rock band from Brocato Entertainment and enjoy bar level seating. Includes a Belvedere 10 martini/guest upon arrival, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and Seafood tower. Santa’s tea time at the ritz Carlton did not meet expectations. A very loud environment. Waited one hour to get food, which was mediocre at best. Understaffed and not worth the price. We went all over the hotel to figure out where to go. The male concierge agent was clueless and the downstairs restaurant hostess that he sent us to was flipping through pages in a paper packet in confusion, finally taking us to the lobby steps away from concierge where the event was to take place. We have been to other high teas at Ritz Carlton’s in other cities with great success. The Orlando based team seemed inexperienced, rough around the Edges and novice from the moment we entered the hotel. We will not repeat this experience

The overall experience was good but overpriced by all means. They also tried to charge me for my 1 year old for tea. I had to pay for my 4 year old. No refills, no second round of sandwiches. Didn’t even ask what we preferred and just brought everything out. It was good for a one time experience for Mother’s Day, but I don’t see myself going back again.

Extremely costly! We have had tea all over the states and Europe too. For the price, I think everyone should have a complimentary glass of champagne. My daughter treated me for Mother’s Day and I thought the price was ridiculous. I felt very bad considering she’s a school teacher and not an executive. It was nice, but not worth the cost!

I visited for the Mother's Day tea, and it was spectacular. Would do this again and again. Made my mom feel very special.

Very loud. Food was okay, but I do appreciate the gesture of making it special for my mom. They did misspell her name however. Food was okay, expected more for a vegan tea party. But it was okay. Tea was good. Felt rushed to leave. I don’t think the experience is worth the price considering how loud, rushed, and disappointing the food was.

So so dissapointed with the food and the ambiance. I've attended teddy bear tea at another Ritz since I was a child and for many years with my daughter. First time here and it was not christmassy, not magical, food was actually gross, it was nothing like we're used to and very few tables. Not special at all. Service was of course great but overall would not attend again here which is so sad.

This was our 5th Santa tea. Always enjoyable. Very disappointing that they charged the adult price for kids this year. Not surprising that there were empty tables this year when usually it’s booked.

The Teddy Bear Tea is a special Christmas experience and just delightful. My granddaughters enjoyed the entire event and loved meeting Santa, visiting the gingerbread house and chocolate nutcrackers.
