   Experience is not worth price point. Only available seating was at 3pm. The food did not look appealing, and the variety was not great. Sat in a drafty area by the door. The staff were very nice and accommodating, but adding a 25 percent surcharge on top of seems high for a buffet at $170 per person. Micheal’s on East does a much better job when it comes to the quality of food when attending a buffet. To be fair, the Ritz goes all out on the decor, but seating two guests at a conference table with a table cloth ruins the ambiance. This was the second time we attended a holiday brunch and will not be back again.

   Our Christmas dinner, was exceptionally excellent! There was so much excellent food with great presentation! The waitress we had was very nice very polite and very attentive! It was a great experience!

   First time to experience the brunch at Christmas time . This was a great meal , would be a perfect family experience to have in the future.

   Overpriced and did not include libations. Had a 3pm seating. Food stations were old. Some out of food. Would not return. Seating felt like a school lunch room. Waitress was very nice.

   My family and I had a lovely experience at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota for the Christmas brunch. The vast array of delicacies were exceptional. We greatly enjoyed the incorporation of Hanukkah as well, which made this holiday extra special for us.

   The food and associated selection and diversity was outstanding. However it was a little pricey and the mandated service charge of 25% for a buffet (the only service was drinks) was quite steep.

   Attended the Christmas brunch. Food was delicious, so many food choices! Service was wonderful. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I can eat enough to make it feel like we got our money’s worth. Would recommend but be prepared to leave feeling ‘stuffed’!
