Our pub & restaurant aims to showcase the best of Herefordshire food and drink in a unique and environmentally conscious way, supplemented by our own extensive kitchen gardens and foraged from the land surrounding our inn.

Relax and unwind in our cosy bar next to our burning log burners or retire to one of our unique boutique rooms or quirky garden lodges.

Really delicious food, which we couldn’t fault. Friendly, attentive staff - who really kindly also surprised us with cake as they knew we were celebrating my friend’s birthday. The menu was varied, but not extensive, and the balance was just right. …. And, who knew blue cheese ice cream could work so well!! We’re local, and I don’t know why we haven’t been before. It’s definitely going on our ‘go to’ list now.

A superb restaurant in beautiful countryside specialising in homegrown and sustainably sourced produce. Staff are friendly, attentive and well trained Highly recommended.

Tremendous meal from start to finish. Quality ingredients put together incredibly well. Love the ethos behind the menu. Service was very attentive and responsive from all the waiting team.

Food and service both excellent as they always are at The Riverside. Cant say I was much taken with the "smoked butter" but this is just personal taste. I had the pork terrine as a starter, this was delicious but I would have appreciated some bread or a roll to have with it, but this is splitting hairs. The meal was excellent.

Great Sunday lunch & good service. We walked from Croft Castle and were pretty hungry and were very well satisfied by the time we left. One of the best pubs in the area

The Riverside is consistently good in all areas: staff, ambience, quality. Highly recommended. Also very good accommodation for overnight stays.

Delicious food. Amazing meat, soft, tender and nicely cooked. Excellent wine. All of it (vegs, desserts) was perfect. Great service and enchanting place.
