Offering boutique wine and craft beer for over 5 years, The Rockerfeller - Manhattan is a gastropub and bar that offers traditional American cuisine in a casual yet sophisticated environment. The restaurant caters to both young and adult customers, and serves food prepared from fresh, local ingredients. The daily menu is divided into several sections, namely, craft nibbles, tacos, greens, the goods, pairs and sweet.

The Rockerfeller Manhattan hasweekend brunches. The weekend brunch menu has many choices from breakfast to lunch. The restaurant also offers catering services for parties and special occasions. This is our go to place for weekend brunch when we have friends or family visiting (who have we have never visited us in Manhattan Beach specifically, because we lived on the North side of the Bay for a long time) or we just want to treat ourselves. THIS particular weekend my husband told me it was a surprise who was meeting us, and he told me this when I told up at like 10am on THE morning of brunch! Of course, he just wanted to take me out to brunch but knew I would argue against spending money when, (him later quoting hat he thought I would say if I knew he was just taking me out) “I can make pretty much everything on that menu if I can run to the store! And he wasn’t wrong. So I guess when I was in the shower he opened my phone (which we both have free access to each others phones any time, no explanation needed, so this is fine) and searched for and opened the OpenTable App, since he had seen me use it to make brunch reservations with you guys in the past. Hence why he made it for 2 people… not for 5, which would have been us & the 3 friends he said were coming. I of course saw the text notification & was like, I didn’t make this reservation, he must just not know how to use the App! So his total lack of knowledge of how to use the App didn’t throw me off in ANY way LOL. So we get there, and surprise surprise - Brunch for 2! But we get there, we’re seated and he had one of his best buddies who lives a few blocks north of Manhattan beach Blvd show up with my order from Starbucks & a bouquet of flowers from my FAVORITE MB florist that he had ordered while I was in the shower. Best brunch @ THE BEST brunch spot in ES/MB/HB!!

Open front type venue. Beautiful day near the beach. Had lunch ahi tuna tacos were excellent and salad was an unexpected treat. My wife had chicken and waffles which were delicious. Nice size space not too small but still intimate setting. Small service bar for cocktails. I would certainly recommend to others.

I really enjoyed myself along with the service and food were excellent. I wished there was more space to sit and reservations was better than not having them. The short rib tacos were out standing for me and my companion had the American Burger which he said was great. I apologize for not remembering our server but please note he was fantastic and very professional please note that. Thank you

Cute venue in bustling Manhattan Beach. my deduction of stars have little to do with the food. Its a small venue but they felt understaffed. our server acted as host as well and was stretched too thin. Parking is ridiculous. Even staff has said they fight for parking. it was a generous wait for food and service. i appreciated our server she was great, but we won't be back. food was tasty but not moreso than Public School or similar pub-style venues.

Not really a brewpub but a lovely tiny neighborhood restaurant with excellent tap beers selections. Although it is in the heart of Manhattan Beach there are no views of the ocean from the restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and the high quality of food includes a couple of unusual choices: the wonton ahi “nachos” are terrific. The only disappointment for me was the white wine sangria. Service from a very young, well trained crew was very good. I’d go back.
