Was there for Easter brunch. There were five of us. We were seated quickly. The food came out quickly after we ordered and was sufficient for all. Would certainly plan to return at another time.

The only issue we had was that a couple of the food items were out when we ordered. One of our Party really likes Jack Daniels, but you don’t serve that either. Otherwise we had a great time in the music was very fun.

We had a reservation at 6;45 and arrived on time and were told no tables were available. I pointed out to the hostess there were plenty of tables available outside but was directed to the bar. I half hour later I received a text time stamped at 6:45 that our table was ready. When I went to the hostess stand to ask how this happens, I was told no tables were available. I asked for a manager who seated us promptly. The service was slow and erratic and 45 minutes elapsed before we received our entrees. The appetizers did not come and when asked about I was told that the order -3 orders of onion rings - was delivered to another table. Then the story changed and I was told they dropped the order on the floor. Both were obviously excuses aka as outright lies. DONT GO THERE TO EAT.

Booked a table, requested outdoors, was seated inside. Sat there for 10 minutes and nobody even came and asked if we wanted water. The place wasn't even busy, this was on a Sunday at 7 pm.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience today. From the moment we walked it the experience was less than favorable. You had two very unhappy hostesses at the front. One with an AirPod in her ear. We then proceeded to get sat at a table that my seat backed right up to someone else that was already sitting there so that placement was not ideal but all right. We then waited a few minutes for our server and I wish I knew her name but she never said it. Orions was listed on the check so I'm assuming that was her last name. She greeted us leaning on the table next to us, no enthusiasm and with sunglasses. I use to work at a beachside restaurant, I understand sometimes you need sunglasses when you are outside. But at an indoor table, this is completely unacceptable. Drink Order: tried to order a frozen margarita. No frozen drinks available. Would have been nice to know of 86 items at the start. Appetizers: they come out. No share plates and no silverware so we are staring at hot food waiting for silverware Entrees: tried to order salmon items and no salmon in house. Again let your guests know of 86 items immediately. We would understand but communicate. Then we order the rustic burger. We have had before. So we know what the bun should be and it comes out on toast. And the worst part she just leaves it and doesn't mention that. Even though the table next to us. Who had an older gentleman having the burger and ordered after us got the burger with the bun. And again if this was mentioned prior to order or at least when dropped off maybe I wouldn't be writing this review. It was the first time I was bringing my partner and no it's ruined for him. Every hotel I've worked at.I would recommend manager outings, executive board happy hours, to hundreds of guests and meeting planners. After today,I just can't bring myself to recommend again. Food was good, I will say that and it's usually pretty consistent.There were so many steps of service missed& just disappointed

Our waitress was nowhere to be found almost the entire time. Drinks never came - we had to go order at the bar, the food took forever, we had to go find our own silverware. Even after we complained to the manager twice, nothing changed - she just never came by - and it appeared as if we were only table. It was absolutely terrible. Even more disappointing because every other Rustic that I've been to had outstanding service.

This was my first experience dining at the Rustic. It was a party of 5. The food was alright, a felt it was a bit overpriced. I have had ribeye at numerous locations for a cheaper price that tasted better if not the same, so charge $50 for a ribeye is a bit excessive. The ambience was lacking, the service was slow. Our server was kind and attentive, but it felt like he was the only one taking care of the restaurant. Unless you are going in hopes of seeing a celebrity or a cool band, this place is lacking.

We had a great experience at the Rustic. We went on a Sunday night, so there wasn’t as much of the crowd as you would usually expect. The food was great and it still had a good vibe. We sat inside and enjoyed our time together.
