   Amazing ambience, pretty good service in the dining room, if it gets a little crowded, there will be a delay in getting what you need, but it is not much at all. Had to send back the steak because it was overcooked, but they brought out a brand new one that was perfect rapidly. All in all, this is a fantastic steakhouse.

   The food and service were top notch. Our server, Noelle, was attentive and made great recommendations. Our only concern was that they sat us by a table of 7 people that were quite loud when there were several other tables available. It made us near impossible to visit and to here our server, Noelle. This was a 4:45 reservation so the restaurant was not crowded at all.

   We had an overall positive experience for our Easter Sunday family meal. Jada was very knowledgeable about the restaurant offerings and was very attentive. Thank you

   Service was extremely poor, with long wait times for drinks and between courses. The charbroiled oysters were great, and the highlight of the experience. Both the Salmon and Steak ordered were bland. Also the dress code is not truly business causal and focuses mostly on men having collared shirts (even if it's athletic wear). Male guests without a collar will be asked to wear a jacket provide by the restaurant, however sneakers, ripped jeans, Hawaiian shirts, and golf tees are allowed. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful. The three stars given were mostly gained from the oysters (which were delicious) and the ambience. I would not recommend as there are way better tasting restaurants in the area for the price point.

   My wife and recently hosted my daughter and her husband for their anniversary dinner at The Ruxton, and I couldn't have chosen better. We were immediately struck by the warm, inviting atmosphere that felt special without being stuffy. The server's attentiveness made our celebration feel personal and valued. Every dish that arrived at our table was exceptional - creative and absolutely delicious. The beverage selection impressed us all, with perfect cocktails and wines that paired well with every entree on the menu. What made the evening truly memorable was how the staff made our family celebration feel intimate and important. An anniversary card was waiting for our kids when we arrived at our table and complementary champagne was served with our dessert. The Ruxton provided exactly the setting we'd hoped for to mark such a special occasion.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    The dining experience was great. However I noticed that all tables in the house were greeted and approached by a member of management to check in on their experience. This did not happen with us. Very disappointed.
