Nestled in Tequesta, lays a reimagined Florida bistro experience like you’ve never seen before. Utilizing classic European cooking techniques, rooted in tradition, and reimagining traditional French dishes with fresh and fun takes on classic bistro faire.

Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice our bar and lounge equipped with oversized couches and plush accent chairs providing the perfect space to enjoy our happy hour bites menu our original and tropical easy drinking “Florida Cocktails".

With a chef-driven menu highlighting our scratch kitchen including housemade charcuteries, pastas, local vegetables, ice cream. The recipes by chef & managing partner David Chapman combine a unique approach of David’s French, Italian, and vegetarian cooking backgrounds presented in a simple, but clean and elegant style of plating.

Through David’s travels and running Michelin rated restaurants in Chicago, he has always kept the same philosophy “high quality ingredients equal high quality dishes.”

What makes this experience special: - Each dish crafted to highlight and harmonize with specially selected wines - Expert wine commentary throughout the evening from wineproxy's local sommeliers Tish and Brian - Locally-sourced ingredients from our partners (Collab, Kai Kai, Cod & Capers, Bread by Johnny) - Chef David's signature blend of global techniques with Florida's freshest flavors The journey begins with our goat cheese croquetta paired with Chateau Saint Martin, continues through innovative courses featuring Florida rock shrimp, local black grouper, and honey-lacquered duck breast, before concluding with our almond financier dessert featuring Moody Tongue barley malt - from America's first two-star Michelin brewery, now available in Florida. wineproxy, Tequesta's own boutique wine shop, brings their passion and expertise to this special event, offering insights into each selection and the stories that inspired Chef David's creations.                       *AMAZING* I made this reservation for my grandmas birthday and everyone loved everything! Perfectly sized portions, everything seasoned to perfection, very high quality ingredients that are all sourced locally. Amazing staff and management! Favorite restaurant in tequesta! 😍

                      Four went for dinner. Our server was great. She was professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Cocktails, nice touch on the coup, a little skimpy. Soft shell crab bit a lot to the dish, body mostly gone. Limited menu if one does not eat meat.
