The Seeker was a great experience. I dined at Stephan Pyles' first restaurant, Routh Street Cafe, many moons ago. This was my standard. The Seeker did not disappoint, even with a different style of fare. My only negative was the noise level, but the service was on par, especially since dining service is pretty much a lost art. I was dining with three other true "foodies, one of which is connected to both Hotel Drover and the Bowie Hotel, neither of which do I feel are great dining places, but my company definitely knows real food (and what eating utensil is used for its actual purpose...lol). Our table deliberately tried a variety of menu items to pass around the table. Gotta say that from the beginning cocktails to the desserts, we can't wait to come back. A huge plus was the sense of humor from our waitress and a few visits from the very kind maitre d. My biggest question was, "Why is this place in Stephenville???" Big fish - little pond maybe? Either way, we all will be back to enjoy more.
