The family-owned and operated The Sicilian Ristorante, in Las Vegas, serves classic Italian cuisine in its warm and charming eatery. For a delicious start to your meal, enjoy the shrimp scampi in a luscious lemon, butter, wine sauce and the crispy bruschetta Siciliana with tomatoes, basil and cheese. Some of The Sicilian RistoranteÕs house specialties include the chicken amaretto with mushrooms, garlic and amaretto liquor, the egg-dipped orange roughy Francese with shallots and garlic in wine sauce and the veal saltimbocca a la Romana seasoned with sage and topped with prosciutto and mozzarella. Popular pasta dishes include the eggplant parmigiana baked to golden perfection, the penne Siciliana with sausage, peppers and onions and the fusilli a la mimma with chicken, spinach and mushrooms in a creamy tomato sauce.
