Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

    Was significantly disappointed with this dinner. Had a warm shrimp cocktail because apparently Owner of restaurant wants it served that way. Had a adequate ceasar salad. My wife's New York was dripping in butter. I ordered the cap steak which is supposed to be the meaty portion of the rib eye between the middle and fat portion.....very pricy and, again, dripping in butter. Baked potato was also dripping in butter (starting to get the jest?). The views of Honolulu from the restaurant are great. Wine selection by the glass is limited and there was too much vermouth in my dry martini. Service was okay. The restaurant has a "no hat" policy.....I happen to like wearing hats. They don't allow hats but tee shirts, shorts and tennis shoes are apparently okay?? There is no reason to come back to this restaurant.....ever.

    お得なハッピーアワーに行きました。　ウェイターにお肉のお勧めを聞いたところメニューにないテンダロイングレイビーソースを提供して頂きました。焼き方はMRでお願い、お肉は柔かくソースが大変美味しかった。 その他のスモークサーモン、バッファローシュリンプも美味しかったです。 また、窓側テーブル席で眺めも最高でした。

    Lovely restaurant and first time to eat there. We were in back room w great view of the ocean, so I believe it was quieter & calmer than when you first walk in. The service was amazing! I had the 10 oz steak and lobster. The steak, which I don’t eat very often, was incredible. Both my husband and I were able to bring home half of the meat for another dinner at home. The lobster tail was just a little bit overcooked, I thought with almost a crust on the edges of the lobster. It was not as tender as the Maine lobsters I’m used to. But they did give a nice amount of butter to go with it. The rolls that were served were excellent. And we had the chocolate chip gelato dessert which all four of us loved. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

    Good ambiance. Food was very good. View from restaurant was very good and much better than other high end restaurants.

    The food, the service, the atmosphere OMG. Gourmet dinner, sunset overlooking Diamond Head, Birthday treat for a friend. She was properly blow away. This has to be my favorite fancy restaurant on Oahu. I can’t say enough good things about it.

    The food and ambience were amazing, but I couldn’t say the same about the service. I think our server kind of forgot about our table unfortunately. He was very nice, but there were times where both my boyfriend and I were looking for our server several times. I tried to get the attention of other workers as well, but I felt like they either didn’t see me or ignored me.
