Looks as if the restaurant was recently renovated. Food was delicious. Just the right portion size, and presented beautifully. Set menu was good value. Staff very attentive and friendly, although it was a quiet night. We went for our anniversary, and would thoroughly recommend.

The food was really excellent and the service was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant decor and ambience was like a dentist’s waiting room.

Place was let down by a couple of staff members, that being a girl and a guy that was working behind the bar. The young waitress didn’t seem bothered about welcoming us in and overall seemed unhappy and willing to give us time to settle. The bartender seemed unsure and just slightly inexperienced. I think a little ambient music would help also. Other waiters that came along were top notch and very helpful just a shame about the other couple of individuals! It’s hard to get the right staff!

Lovely staff. Very attentive but not overbearing. Great location. Food was nicely cooked but small portion on the roast.

We had a family dinner on 22/12 and I have to say what a lovely evening we all had,the food was excellent and the Waiter/Manager and staff were superb,I thoroughly recommend the Six and we will definitely be coming back.a lovely experience and evening.Thank you Guys.Jason.Esher.

We had fantastic personal service from the team at The Six who are making a real effort to make their customers feel welcome. Extra care was taken in the kitchen due to my shellfish allergy. The food was absolutely delicious and the wine very smooth!

Had a lovely roast here with the family . We were all so well looked after. Manager is particularly wonderful and made us feel right at home. food absolutely delicious. Thank you The Six!
