Everything was bad from the get go. Hostess told us that somebody Sat another party at our reserved table in the dining room. They sat us in the bar. It was so noisy and the foot traffic back and forth by staff was ridiculous. Took 30 minutes to get drink, another 30-40 minutes to get our app, which they took off our bill for the delay, and then the food came too soon, hadn’t had time to eat app. Ordered filet mignon MR and it came RARE! Got it back and it was the worst Filet Mignon we’ve ever had. Grissle through it, very tough to chew. Broccolini undercooked, mashed potatoes runny.
Then the valet. Took so long to get our car back. Come to fine out they park the cars a half mile down the road and are understaffed for such a setup.
Our poor server, Jennifer. She was clearly an experienced server, but she had to constantly apologize for the restaurants shortcomings. She should be working at a nicer place.
We won’t be returning!
