Located close to Ford's Theater. Had tickets for Christmas Carol that night which is within walking distance from The Smith. Also, the Management accommodated a last minute change in the numbers of our party and made sure we made it to the show on time.

Everything we had was really good! They were busy and still all of our food was cooked perfectly and no long waits for the food!

Loud, chaotic, slow, unorganized. But its near the Verizon Center, so what do you expect? Food was decent and well-priced. Would I go back? No.

I have been to The Smith many times. I have not always been pleased with the food and service, but today was exceptional. Food was very good and the service was attentive.

The omelette I ordered looked and tasted like it was from an airplane menu. It definitely was NOT made from freshly cracked eggs. The “quarter pounder” chocolate chip cookie was about 3 oz short of a quarter pound. It was an average size, average tasting cookie. The waiter was kind enough to put a scoop of hazelnut ice cream on it, which made the cookie moister. Brunch per person was about $25, which is cheap these days, but the food wasn’t even worth that price.

If you’re a sticky toffee pudding fan you need to try it here. Staff was very attentive. Kind of noisy but that was due to all the Capitals fans excited for the game.
