The Square serves wholesome Scottish and European breakfast and lunch at 17 North St Andrew Street in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town. Its location is only 5 minutes’ walk from Waverley Station and is also close to the Assembly Rooms, Princes Street Gardens and Scottish National Gallery. The restaurant's interior has an understated, bistro-like décor. It also has an outside seating area for eating al fresco in warmer months. Porridge, breakfast sandwiches, fruit juices and freshly-brewed coffees set the day off on the right note. The Square's menu – which is updated daily with chef’s specials – also offers a range of tempting soups, tasty chicken dishes to be enjoyed with salad or coleslaw and charcuterie boards with an assortment of delectable cheese, sliced meats, fruits and vegetables.
