At 7pm you will be brought in to the Signal Restaurant for the seven courses which are carefully curated and prepared by our head chef. It’s an opportunity for us to share our passion for good food and fine wine – and to show off our pride in the locality. Join us as your tastebuds wander from flavour to flavour and from wine to wine, experiencing combinations that may surprise you – but will not disappoint.
